Valentina Tea Doily

Our tea doily Valentina is approximately 15 x 15 inches in size. For this project you will need to have 15 x 15 inches fine linen or cotton plus approximately 18 x 12 inches of the same fabric for the hearts appliqué.

Embroider the following elements for Valentina’s border:

• 4 of Valentina_1
• 4 of Valentina_2
• 4 of Valentina_3
• 4 of Valentina_4

Once you have embroidered all Valentina border pieces trim the stabilizer 1/4  of an inch from the edge; don’t wash it off just yet.

Dahlia 3D Flower Set

Dahlia set consists of 3 flowers in different sizes. Biggest flower is measured at 4.75 inches in diameter, middle flower at 3.6 inches and the small at 2.5 inches in diameter. By combining all three together you will achieve stunning three-dimensional flower. Use it as an embellishment, whether it’s a bridal birdcage or just a decoration to any garments.

Lucy Table Set machine embroidery design

Table runner Lucy is approximately 13 by 34 inches in size including lace. For this project you will need to have 16 by 37 inches fine linen fabric prewashed and pressed. We always recommend reading the instructions first to the end so that you know the sequence of steps. Also embroider one of the freestanding laces, wash it and see if thread, stabilizer and thread tension are working together.

We used rayon-40 thread.
